Sign the petition to request the stop of the pediatric vaccination against Covid19 and of the emergency legislation.

GIVEN THAT
- on 25 November 2021, the Committee for Human Medicinal Products of the EMA (European Medicines Agency) recommended granting an extension of the indication for the COVID-19 vaccine Comirnaty to include use in children aged 5 to 11 years;
- the Technical-Scientific Commission of AIFA (Italian Medicines Agency), at its meeting on 1 December 2021, approved the extension of the indication for use of the Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccine for the 5-11 year age group, with a dose reduced (one third of the authorized dosage for adults and adolescents) and with specific formulation;

WHEREAS
- the trial of the anti-COVID-19 drug Comirnaty developed by BioNTech and Pfizer was conducted in a few months on a sample of just 1305 children who received the vaccine, against a target of tens of millions of subjects; this makes the representativeness of the sample doubtful at the very least, in the face of hundreds of variables that affect the safety and efficacy of a drug, also making the reliability of the evaluation and the hasty recommendation of the European Agency's committee for human medicinal products worrying;
- the COVID-19 disease has a practically irrelevant incidence, both in terms of serious hospitalizations and in terms of deaths, for the population between 5 and 11 years of age;
- the pediatric vaccination against COVID-19 therefore appears to be proposed not for the purpose of protecting individual health but for a mere public health benefit;
- this paradoxically exposes the pediatric population to personal risks for the sole purpose of protecting the adult and elderly population, making the launch of the pediatric vaccination campaign in question ethically and morally deplorable;
- the anti-COVID-19 vaccines currently available, as reported in the respective technical sheets, are authorized for the prevention of symptomatic COVID-19 disease and not for the prevention of asymptomatic infection (ISS Report n.4 of 03.13.2021). Any hypotheses on the presumed effects of reducing the contagion are not incorporated in the therapeutic indications of the drugs which are currently still only approved for the purpose of personal protection from the disease;

ALSO CONSIDERING THAT
- even serious risks are not excluded for the medium and long-term effects of anti-covid vaccines; this represents an unacceptable condition of risk especially for children and young people;
- conditional marketing authorizations have already demonstrated significant shortcomings also for short-term safety, with confirmed and confirmed cases of deaths and serious adverse reactions, suspensions or withdrawals of drugs, changes in the indications relating to the age target following serious or serious adverse effects. This empirical observation, already worrying, appears unacceptable today where the recipients of vaccination become subjects of pediatric age, moreover with irrelevant risks deriving from the infection;

FURTHER CONSIDERING THAT
- it is now no longer justifiable to perpetuate an emergency legislation aimed at restricting fundamental rights of people, with disastrous consequences of a social and economic nature;
- natural and constitutional freedoms and rights cannot be subjected to passes, state blackmail, moreover devoid of any scientific or epidemiological justification, much less to a continuous relaunch concerning the vaccination coverage targets whenever the experimental drugs demonstrate poor efficacy at medium to long term; the unhistorical and anachronistic one-way investment by the Government on the vaccine bet risks paralyzing the country and creating deep and incurable social lacerations;

all of this having been stated, considered and retained

IS REQUIRED:
- the immediate stop of the anti Covid19 vaccination campaign for children under 11;
- the termination of emergency legislation in order to restore the rule of law to protect the founding principles of our Constitution.
